Refund & Billing Policy

This Policy explains how credits, subscriptions, and refunds work on Luxa by Lumina. It applies alongside the Terms and any order confirmation.

Credits

Credits are a prepaid, non-monetary right to consume specific features. Credits have no cash value, cannot be transferred or resold, and are consumed on successful invocation of a feature. Free daily credits refill on a rolling schedule and do not accumulate.

Failed generations

If a generation fails for a reason on our side (server error, model outage, invalid output that we could not deliver), we will restore the credits used. Generations that complete but do not match your subjective creative preference are not eligible for credit restoration.

Paid subscriptions

Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel any time from Settings → Account; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not pro-rate partial periods except where required by law.

Refund eligibility

Except where required by consumer law (for example EU/UK 14-day withdrawal rights for digital services not yet supplied), fees are non-refundable once services have been consumed. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us within 14 days and we will investigate in good faith.

Chargebacks

Please contact us before initiating a chargeback. Unwarranted chargebacks may result in account suspension until the dispute is resolved.

Taxes

Prices exclude applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. You are responsible for any taxes owed on your purchases.

Price changes

We may change prices and credit costs with reasonable notice. Price changes apply to future billing periods, not to periods already paid for.
