Luxa by Lumina respects intellectual property rights and expects users to do the same.
You must own or have the necessary rights, licenses, and permissions for any media you upload, import via URL, or use as a reference (including footage, images, music, voices, and likenesses).
Importing from YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, or similar platforms does not grant you rights to the content. Use only material you own, that is licensed to you, or that qualifies for fair use / fair dealing under applicable law.
To the extent permitted by law, you own the outputs you generate from your own inputs. You are responsible for ensuring outputs do not infringe third-party rights, publicity/likeness rights, or trademarks.
Do not use Luxa to reproduce copyrighted works without authorization, impersonate real people without consent, or generate deceptive deepfakes.
Rights holders may submit a notice with: (1) identification of the copyrighted work, (2) the specific URL or asset in Luxa, (3) contact details, (4) a good-faith statement, (5) a statement under penalty of perjury that you are authorized to act, and (6) your signature. Submit via the AI Support Squad and select the "Copyright" category — tickets are routed to a human reviewer.
If your content was removed and you believe it was in error, you may submit a counter-notice with equivalent detail.
Accounts with repeated valid infringement notices will be terminated.
