This Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) supplements the Terms. Violating it may result in content removal, credit forfeiture, account suspension, or termination, and may be reported to authorities where required by law.
Do not use Luxa for anything unlawful, including fraud, money laundering, sanctions evasion, terrorism, incitement to violence, or trafficking of illegal goods.
Sexual or sexualized content involving minors is strictly prohibited and will be reported to the appropriate authorities. Do not upload, generate, or attempt to generate such content.
No non-consensual intimate imagery, sexual deepfakes of real people, doxxing, targeted harassment, hate speech, or threats of violence.
Do not create or distribute media that impersonates a real person, brand, or public official in a way likely to deceive, defraud, or defame. Clearly disclose synthetic media where required by law or platform rules.
Do not use Luxa to produce content designed to deceive voters, suppress votes, or falsely attribute statements to political figures.
Do not upload material you do not own or have license to use. See the Copyright Policy.
No malware, phishing kits, credential stuffing, scraping, or attempts to bypass rate limits, credit metering, or access controls. No automated bulk usage without written permission.
Do not upload personal data of third parties without a lawful basis. Do not use biometric features (face/voice cloning) on real individuals without their verifiable consent.
Report abuse via the AI Support Squad in Settings. We review reports and act at our discretion.
